Project Description
The owners of this home were introduced to Look by their nominated builder, who had a rare window of opportunity to undertake their renovation project but needed some quick design decisions. Given the home was situated within a Heritage Conservation Area and time would not afford a Development Application, Natalie was able to provide concurrent design and planning assistance, to meet the project budget and time constraints. The resulting designs enhance the functionality and aesthetics of their home, whilst structural aspects were optimised to enable the new works to be undertaken as a Complying Development Certificate (CDC). Sometimes you don’t necessarily need to extend out to provide more ‘liveable’ space, the existing spaces just need some TLC and custom solutions.
