Bondi Renovation 2021

The original home was a dark and confined 2 bedroom, single level semi on a compact 223m2 site, that was purchased by a young couple with 2 small children. The home was well located in a desirable Bondi street with rear lane access, but was far too small to accommodate their family of 4 and regular overnight visitors. The home was modified to include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, a rear ground floor extension and an open pergola that functions as either covered parking or outdoor entertaining. Interior Design for this project was completed in collaboration with Melanie Tomlinson Design. Builder: Intent Building.

  • Development Application to Council for approval of alterations.

    • Bathroom Design, Selection & Documentation
    • Kitchen Design, Selection & Documentation
    • Lighting & Electrical Design, Selection & Documentation
  • On-site construction advice and design project management.
  • Interior/exterior colour, material & finishes selection.
