Naremburn – Tri-Level Family Living
Project Description
This project was developed in strong collaboration with the homes’ owners who engaged us to extend their existing home into a generous 3 level family home, which required considered planning approach due to the sites narrow 7.5 metre lot width and the owners request to maintain the size of their backyard. Designed over 3 levels the home sits towards the front of the site and is contained within the existing compact footprint, in order to maintain 40% of the site area for their 3 young family to enjoy outdoor pursuits. The ground floor looks out towards the rear garden and swimming pool areas, with levels 2 and 3 providing 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 sitting areas. The upper levels have been purposefully designed for flexibility over time as their young family grows, so the sitting areas can be used for both parents and children alike.
